For the 2nd time in 12 months, The delivery driver out-and-out LIED about "making" a delivery attempt to my condo. "Failed Delivery Attempt.. Package at local UPS transfer office to be picked up by recipient." I called UPS on the phone and absolutely raised WHOLY HELL. The driver had my package at my front door within 30 minutes. BUT, the story does NOT end there-- not by a long shot. And , as for that incident that happened at the UPS facility in California in late June of 2017: I'm glad it happened. These punks deserve that AND MUCH MUCH MORE. From now on, when I plan to place an order on the internet for home delivery, I will call/email that entity to see if they use UPS. If they do, I will shop elsewhere until I find that UPS is not the courier in use.
This service is by far THE WORST. So Unbelievable. The delivery men must be extremely lazy, they don't even make an attempt to actually deliver our packages to our unit. This location and the drivers associated with this location are completely useless.

Completely inept. They make the US Post Office look like a world class operation. Their tracking and estimated delivery are a total waste of time to in garnering any clue as to even the day let alone general time a package will be delivered. Customer service does nothing but read from a script. Do yourself a favor and walk to a brick and mortar for faster service.
This has to be the WORST customer service on the entire planet! Only automated answers with choices that do not fit. Trying to track a package that was sent almost a month ago and UPS doesn't know where it is. They also don't care where it is. Cannot file a claim online. Have to wait for paperwork to file a claim - 7; days and no paperwork. Unbelievable. Meanwhile, I have paid for my package and still don't have it. USE USPS!!!
