Its business holdings include some of the world's most recognized brands and companies, such as QVC, Encore, Starz, IAC/InterActiveCorp and News Corporation. Gregory B. Maffei has been the chief executive officer of Liberty Media for more than one year. He has been with the media conglomerate for over a year. Maffei earned an AB degree from Dartmouth College, and a MBA from Harvard. The company has headquarters in Englewood, Colo.
