      RIP OFF PROS! They serviced my car and installed the oil filter without the O ring. Several days later oil spewed all over the car. Had it towed to a mechanic and he told me what they had done. Cost $200 to have the job redone and tow. Called grease monkey and the general manager was incredibly rude and only wanted to read me their policy. Then he said too bad, you get nothing and hung up. Called corporate to report the problem and they ignored me completely. Their negligence and they don't stand behind their work even if you can prove it. BE CAREFUL!
