The first appt. I sent the tech away because he smelled of alcohol, used two of my bathrooms to vomit & defecate in (they had to be cleaned thoroughly afterwards), he was unfit for work & probably wouldn't have passed DUI testing. Notified the company manager, Cory, & it didn't seem to matter to him that one of his employee's was driving a company van representing his company while impaired! The second appt. was a no-show & upon complaint to the co-manager who refused to give me his full name turned the issue around & tried to make it my fault & did nothing to solve the problem or assist me in any way eventhough I took off two days from work & four hours of my time were wasted due to their impaired employee and now a no-show for the second appt. The company and customer service is awful & I will be making formal complaints.
