Belleview Elementary School, located in Greenwood Village, Colo., is affiliated with Cherry Creek Schools. Founded in 1954, the school provides a variety of educational and cocurricular programs to students in grades kindergarten through five. Its core curriculum includes English, arts, music, science, social studies, mathematics and physical education. Belleview Elementary School also provides media studies, special education, quest, and gifted and talented education. The school offers various clubs and organizations, such as Shakespeare club, student council and intramural clubs. It has a parent-teacher association that focuses on increasing awareness and participation in curriculum and policy development, by enhancing communication between home and school.
