I live in an apt. complex that was purchased by Kamson. For more than three years they have avoided fixing my shower. Finally a few tenants, three that I know about, who have been trying to get them to repair the sewer water backing up into their bathtubs, called the city. By the way there are numorous complaints registered with the city regarding their y and never repairing the basic necessities needed to make the units habitable by law. The inspector, by the way, is on the first name basis with most of the tenants because he is at the property so often. Well they got written up, again. This by the way is after they lost to a tenant in court. In court Kamson lost their case and swore under oath that the problem is fixed. This is not true. Two days after they lost and swore that the problem was fixed, the sewer water was into the bathtubs again, and overflowing. And the water backing up into the apartment STINKS!!!!! It remains unrepaired.
