I will never go back. I went for a friend's wedding to get a Polish change on my gel nails and a basic pedicure. The woman did a terrible job on my nails. One corner is round the other corner in squared. I prefer squared. I asked her to fix them and she said they were fine. She had a bad attitude and kept rolling her eyes at me. Not only did my nails look terrible but a Polish change and a pedicure should not be $100.40!!!!! The pedicure was $30 so my nails were $70???? To simply change the polish? Never again!!!!!

I had heard really good things about this spa, but when i went in and got my pedicure.. it was just so so. The guy painting my nails did a real messy job. Honestly, I could have done this probably about the same.

I got a pedicure today at red carpet in enfield. I asked the woman dong it to please pay attention to the dry skin on my heals (i have left there before disappointed bacause I left with pretty toe nals but dry cracked heals). she suggested a spa pedicure which is extra(aregular is already pricy at $30). I stayed with a regular hoping she would use a file to get rid of the dryness, its not that difficult. She did not put any effort in and i left with dry feet again :(

I was so excited to find this place and very happy with my initial visit, THEN .... 2 days after I started to see green coloring under my nails and realized I had concocted a nail fungus. I went back to have the nails removed and the entire time the OWNER filed, scraped and did whatever to get these off, he said repeated over and over in his 12 years of service, he has seen acrylic nails get fungus, but never gel. Unfortunately, I had gel.



I have NEVER had any type of nail fungus, and I certainly didn't walk in with one, or they would have mentioned it, but magically two days after having theirs applied ... I know have it.



It happened, whatever!! What is done is done and I have no intentions of getting gel nails ever again. The part of all this that is so maddening is I never asked for my money back, even though I spent $80 for absolutely nothing. Yes, folks EIGHTY dollars for gel nails!! I am now leaving their shop with no nails, and the owner has the nerve to charge ME $10 for removing them!!! I reminded him that I never asked for my money back, was being reasonable, but I found it outlandish that he was going to charge me MORE money on top of the loss I had just taken!! One might think as a token of compassion and to keep a happy customer from going viral on the internet, he might make a concession. He said he didn't care, and he said it several times too. I was flabbergasted!! I guess when they are taking in the cash they are friendly and accommodating, but when there is a problem, they are willing to lose business and reputation over $10 bucks and have no regard for customer satisfaction. You are on your own if something goes wrong!



Save your money, they are overpriced and have no regards for the people who support them!!

Also, he blamed my nails, even though I have never had a nail fungus in my life, and got one 2 days after they applied a set on me .. a coincidence ... I think NOT!! Save your money, go to a business that cares about you as much as they care about taking your money!! They are over priced too, even without the added $10 remove fee for fungus :) Ridiculous!!
