I took my business computer to this shop for a repair. It had a corrupt windows file. The shop charged $335 and informed that the machine had 2 bad hard drives. After returning from the shop, the machine was not functioning with the backup RAID system. Another computer shop was consulted and consequently informed us that the 2 bad hard drives, were in fact, not defective at all. These drives were valued at $600. The tech then reinstalled the hard drives and reconfigured the system and restored the computer to its original operation. In retrospect, In & Out PC did not repair the computer right and misdiagnosed the problem and cost us $335.00. This charge was unnecessary. We filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney Generals office and the better business bureau.

I took a business computer to them and explained it had a corrupt windows file. He charged 4 hours labor +50 for installing an existing hard drive. Took out 2 drives and said they had crashed. Took them several days despite a request for immediate service. After computer was picked up..and paid $335. still had problems, called several times with no answer, finally called another computer servicer for repairs. It was then learned that the 2 drives ($600)removed were, in fact, NOT BAD! Technician informed that the system had been improperly setup and only had a corrupt windows file, which was promptly reloaded. Now it is working fine with no problems. I was ripped off for $335, when all that was really wrong was a corrupt windows file.

Took computer for repair. Charge $191-00 for virus removal & one year protection. Two months later computer crashed. Took back to him, said it was a loophole, wasn't covered. Tried to charge another $125.00. Went to pick up computer, he had parted it out. This man, Lee is a dirtbag. Do not do any business . Taking to court.
