The Broome-Tioga Board of Cooperative Educational Services is an educational institution that offers computer and occupational training services. The Broome-Tioga Board of Cooperative Educational Services supports the English as a Second Language program. Founded in 1954, it serves more than 10 school districts in Broome and Tioga counties in New York.
