Wonderful service and hugh selection of dresses. Prices were very reasonable.
They helped me find the dress that I wanted, fairly fast.
Not only did they loose my information three times they were very rude to me and my girls. After seeing how not only I (the bride) was treated so badly and then hearing from my girls that they were treated very poorly as well I wanted to cancel. I made several phone calls to do so and never had any returned. I was told the owner was to busy to get back to me. So I ended up having to go in and was told I would get a phone call as to what will be done with the down payments. No one signed any contracts and nothing had been ordered yet. They told me that they were keeping all the down payments for the dresses. Finally after having to call my lawyer I got all the funds back except for one girl who signed the contract. Nice to know they keep money for something they havent ordered. I was very very upset with all service and will NEVER EVER step foot back in that place again. I can not believe that they are still open with how they act to their customers. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
