I have been going there since 2003, since then a lot of R/C trucks and cars have come and gone, but one thing remains, good customer service. Of course if you go there expecting the employees to educate you on every little thing, that is not what they are there to do. Not to say that the employees won't educate you or help a newbie out. But you should really educate yourself first in the Hobby you are going into. Information can be found mostly in books, magazines and online websites catering to all your hobby subject interest. Hobby People is a good source for these hobby books and magazines and research. Over all service is great and the manager "Mark" is a great help and very knowledgeable in all things R/C, especially in helicopters, on road cars, truggies, Monster trucks, buggies and rails both electric and nitro powered. He will help you out. They usually have the parts you need and if not they can order them as fast as possible. And to boot, 3 times or more each year they have good sale discounts on hobby items and some times over a hundred dollars off on some RTR sale items !!! If your new to a particular Hobby then educate yourself a little before shopping here. Most employees that work here are pretty knowledgeable and most are friendly and will try to help you, and if you run into a dead end then just ask for "Mark" the manager if he is there and he will try to help you out the best he can especially if the store is not busy. The best time to come is in the morning when they open at 10 am.
