I like Dr. Elkins very much and the results I've gotten with him and my cataracts surgery. He's very nice and gentle, and explains my procedures very well. His staff is friendly and they always make it easy for me to make my appointments.Â

I'm extremely nearsighted and I've been in contacts and glasses for over 40 years. Dr. Elkins just did LASIK on my eyes, and it really is a miracle. There are other places that I could have got the surgery cheaper, but who are you going to trust your eyes with? My entire family and I have been with Dr. Elkins for the longest time. Dr. Elkins bedside manner is terrific - he takes time to explain the procedures he reccomended. He let me know I needed cataract surgery but I didn't neccesarily need to it then. I did LASIK surgery years ago and is it is not a proven procedure, Dr. Elkins was more than happy to go in a adjust improve upon it a second time. Dr. Elkins and his office staff have always been very professional and thorough, with an emphasis on thorough! They never overlook anything. I'm 72 and my husband is 75 and we both got restor implant surgery with Dr. Elkins. It took a period of a couple of years, but it was very well worth it.
