I will never go to Del Momico's in Encino again. Although I had always had great food and nice enough service, Valentines Day 2015 was like nothing I have ever experienced. There was so much aggression being aimed at us by the bartender and staff. We felt like we had to beg to order and then when we did out glasses and food was thrown at us. When I complained to the manager, he didn't really want to hear it and his only answer was, "It's Valentines Day" WHAT???? He was telling me it was too busy while as I looked around the place wasn't full at all. I should have said Yes It's Valentines day and you are supposed to make it special!! The manager practically ran away. When the bill came I asked my date not to leave a tip, which neither of us believe in.e left the change on the table and the bartender then had attitude and caused an altercation. Also the calamari was dry over fried and made me sick. I wish I could reach the owners of this place because I loved going there, and won't again
