      I have gone to several different optometrists over all the years I have lived in Encinitas and I've never had one that I trusted, respected or liked more than Dr. Rosa. If you value someone who is thorough, professional, gracious and who conducts himself with integrity and concern with the comfort of the people he serves, then I highly recommend Dr, Rosa. You will be very pleased !
