Padre Mortgage just completed my refinance on our property in Oak Crest. The rate was fair, however the service was excellent. Normally, the paperwork is a nightmare but Katy made the process quite palatable.

They gave me exactly what I wanted-no cost, 30 year fixed. I was told it would take 30 days, however it took nearly 60 days. Other than the delay, she did a good job and gave me frequent updates.
