      General Info

      I practice an integrative therapeutic massage that promotes healing within the body. My primary focus is assisting clients manage their pain. A variety of modalities are utilized according to individual needs. Through massage I am able to promote healing on a physical and emotional level. So much of what we do is based on habit or pain cycles and I work on creating an awareness to break the vicious cycle and help restore balance. I attended Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and have been assisting clients since September 2011. I completed over 500 hours of training that combined Eastern and Western philosophies and techniques. I look forward to helping you in restoring balance and promote the healing process for a more improved quality of life.
