Amanda Nasser, MS, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) who provides comprehensive care for people of all ages. She offers treatment for a wide range of conditions and also works with individuals over the long term to maintain their health and wellness, with a focus on preventative care. As part of https://health.ucsd.edu/specialties/primary-care/Pages/express.aspx, Ms. Nasser provides routine checkups and care for conditions that include minor illnesses and injuries, respiratory illnesses, colds and flu, fever and headache, abdominal and back pain, and cuts and sprains. She also administers immunizations, screening tests and performs sports physicals. Prior to her current position, Ms. Nasser cared for patients in the emergency department at UC San Diego Medical Center. She earned her masters degree from UC Irvine and a bachelors degree in nursing with distinction from San Diego State University .
