This have got to be THE WORST subway in the world!!! I do not think we have ever gone there and received what we ordered!!! I say I'm not going back, however, they have a drive thru so I go back and low and behold they messed up my order again!!! We order cookies, do not get cookies, order the cookies with m&m's and get choc chip, order choc chip and get m&m's, when they ask if we want our sandwich toasted and say yes, they DO NOT TOAST!!! I always went to the Subway on Merchant and got such GREAT service - I did not care for the sandwich being toasted, so asked if they could "lightly" toast and sure they could and do - no problem, so we tried this subway and when we asked for lightly toasted there was a "hint" of heat in the sandwich - so finally started just saying yes to toasted and their "toasted" isn't even what Merchant Subway or what I would call "lightly toasted" I went in and complainted and all the girl could say was "I'm sorry" Sorry doesn't get it when problem persists.
