I had my oil changed at Lube One while visiting Emmett from Colorado. When I took my car in for its next oil change, the dealer found the oil drain plug seized. The mechanics at Lube One were the last ones to touch the oil pan. The dealer had to replace the oil pan and it cost me about $1850. When I talked to the manager at Lube One, Dion Parra, he denied responsibility and said I would have to take him to small claims court. He said they "will not accept responsibility unless court-ordered to do so."

I have been coming to lube one over 15 years and have been happy with the service. I always have gotten a full service so the belts or hoses check the air pressure all the extra things that need to be looked at. When my daughter got her first car i sent her to Lube one i told her they where a good place to go. So she takes her car their asks for a full service and oil change, The owner was checking her tires and told her back drivers side tire pressure was 20 lbs low and filled it. So four days latter she goes Les Schwab tires , the tire was in such bad shape it would have been dangerous to drive on the tire. The metal cord was all exposed and the tire looked like it was getting ready to explode. So i went back to Lube one to show the owner Deon what he missed and my daughter was driving to Eagle everyday for work. What i was expecting was an apology and that he would pay closer attention when doing a full service. Not so I got blown off . I was a 15 year customer.
