This place doesn't even deserve one star. Took my car in and was charged $450.00 to replace a fuel pump. About 30 minutes after I picked up the car (and the shop was closed), my car began to have the same problem, only WORSE!! Took the car back and we had to pay another $280.00 for additional repairs and because the mechanic didn't actually fix the issue. An hour later, the car was having the very same issue! NOTHING WAS RESOLVED, NOTHING WAS ACTUALLY FIXED! Now, we are out $700.00 for incompetent work and still no resolution. Ended up having to take our car to ILCC Automotive Repair department and guess what they had to repair? THE FUEL PUMP. We paid yet another 300.00 to have the fuel pump replaced. After that the car drove wonderfully. Took Jim Wickman/Rick Swalve to court and they showed up with a copy of a receipt that didn't even match the type of fuel pump that was pulled off of our vehicle by the mechanics at ILCC. We were charged $700.00 for repairs that were NEVER made!!!!
