Here at Holistic Solutions we want to help restore balance to your life. We will help you create a foundation of wellness to build upon and teach you the skills needed to stay healthy in mind and body. We offer therapeutic massage and corrective exercise to help our clients recover from muscle imbalances that can cause pain. We focus on using natural ways of healing and prevention that focus on the body as a whole and not just on symptoms. Each individual who comes through our door will receive a specialized plan geared toward his or her specific needs. We combine nutritional coaching, several modalities of massage therapy, corrective exercise and movement coaching to heal the body and prevent further injury. It is important to us that these services are provided in a way that is both convenient and affordable to everyone in need.
