I had water damage under the kitchen sink and saw something unfamiliar so I contacted this company. Troy was the inspector who took samples of the area to identify if it was actually mold. Even though I was only concerned about one area, he conducted a few other tests to make sure there were no other problems. Mold was found to be growing under the sink. Included in the report was a free estimate for the removal. I was pleased that they offered this service and that it was within budget. I took their offer and now my kitchen is now free from mold.
