On a recent trip out to California we experienced engine trouble. It was losing radiator fluid. So the following morning-we were given the address for a Sears Auto Center at Midway Mall. So we placed a call and shortly thereafter arrived. There, we met Bill, John and Chris who took the truck in to see what the problem was. Shortly afterwards- he came out and told us the was gone. Needless to say- to have this happen on a trip would definitely put a pinch on our finances. But a silver lining appeared and 6 hrs later we were back on the road. I want to say that all of these gentlemen went above and beyond the call to help us get back on the road. They showed exceptional professionalism and extended every courtesy to help us feel at ease while the work was being done. Chris Spears(the tech) went so far as to apologize for the amount of time it took and I replied that he needed not to and that he had done his job exceptionally.
