EXCELLENT SUBS FRESH BREAD

I have been getting subs nearly once per week from Casapulla's Elsmere for 36 years. That's around 1800 subs. I have always been astonished at how they have maintained superb quality time after time, year after year, generation to generation. They were among the very best 36 years ago, and they remain at the very top of the art form.

It is a local favorite that has been enjoyed for years. But the inconsistency with the sandwich (meats and rolls are never the same) has taken the value away from an establishment that started off with only the best.

Absolutely the best Italian Subs ever. They use a blend of great meats, cheeses and fillings to give a perfectly balanced end product without too much of this or too little of that. Another customer rated this place as having poor service, my advice to that customer and others ordering would be to approach this throw-back to another time and place with the time-honored traditions it has honed over the years. As with Pat's and Geno's in Philly, if you know the protocol for ordering, you will not have any problems with service. Those people work their tails off in there as they are always busy so you need to respect their heavy workload and not foul up their process.

Incredible Italian Hoagies, among the best I have ever had. I routinely take a detour to Cassapula's on my travels up and down the east coast.

The lady at the register was very rude. Service was very unorganized. One of the worst customer service experiences i have had in a while! They lost my business from here on out!
