We've been proudly serving the Nassau county area with our brand new location in Elmont. We are committed to providing only the finest cardio and endurance exercise programs available.We provide Zumba,Pilates,and cycling classes backed by service that is friendly and personal. Dance studio rental space available.Because all of our customers are important to us, our professional staff is dedicated to making your experience a special one. That is why we always go the extra mile to make your visit perfect. We are open during the day for weight management but all classes will start at 7:00pm at this time. Please arrive 15 mins early.
