Food is decent and priced average (a couple of bucks to maybe $15 a dinner plate). The food isn't truely authentic mexican, but it's a blend of american and mexican tastes. The place is clean, nicely decorated with lots of room for groups or just a few people near the window front to watch down town activity, Elmira is definately a city of characters and this is one good spot to people watch!
