The company provides design, manufacturing, assembly, distribution and inventory management of its packages. Howell Plastics is another division of F.M. Howell & Company. Howell Plastics specializes in the manufacture and distribution of thermoformed material handling trays and totes. Howell Marketing Service is the third division of F.M. Howell & Company, and provides market support to the company. F.M. Howell was founded in 1883 and is based in Elmira, N.Y.
