They didn't put in the furnace they said they were going to put in - said 87 %efficiency - put in 83%, still charged the same and this furnace doesn't heat the whole house like the other one. Also put in the main line incorrectly it sits right over the furnace and water leaked into the furnance, had to have it set back behind the boiler , they used the wrong type of piping and had to have a new brass air separator, the expansion tank was in the wrong place and a new backflow preventer and auto fill valve had to be installed. Oh and of course this was after the warranty. I wouldn't ever use them again.
