Provided by YPmobileI went to dinner with my husband and two friends Wed, 10/1/14, we were seated between 6:00-6:30pm and our total bill before tip was about $111. We frequent Outback and always have had positive experiences until this visit. For starters, our server came back and told us they did not have the ingredients to make the strawberry peach sangria. Instead, he suggested and brought us a carafe of blackberry sangria. That carafe was over filled (to the top) with ice & our glasses were also filled to the top with ice. Each glass of sangria was do watered down as the ice melted, we should have just ordered water! Our blooming onion left a lot to be desired. It was the smallest blooming onion ever seen. Our baked potatoes were also tiny in comparison to our usual vittles at your establishment. My Victoria's 6 oz filet was very thin, was over cooked, dry and not cooked to order (medium). I mentioned my dissatisfaction to our server and he offered to take it back, but I was concerned as he wasn't very helpful and everyone knows, you don't send food back to the kitchen!
My dinner guests also commented that their spare ribs were over cooked, dry and rubbery, as if they had been reheated like left overs.
In general, this was a horrible experience and not the usual enjoyable dinner experience. The restaurant was not crowded, it was early in the evening and it just didn't seem the service should have been the way it was.
I would have provided specific info from my receipt but the server only provided one copy and took it with our payment.
Very disappointed x4

Provided by YP.comMy son and I have been eating here for years and have never been disappointed. Ther server are usually friendly abd accommodating. The food is terrific and the servers know how to guide you to based on what you are ordering. If you order steak, they will tell you not to roder well done, as it will shrink and become dry. They also have knowledge of the cuisine which makes one feel confident abouyt what they are getting. It gets crowded and crazy at times and the servers have to hop quickly. But I have never had a bad meal or service here.
