I was very disappointed with this store. I live a very busy lifestyle and seemed to have misplaced a gift certificate that was given to me. When I called the store I was very upset when they told me they would not honor it, even though they were able to look it up. I had the name and date of purchase and they even vocalized they could see it had not been redeemed. I was looking forward to trying their products but unfortunately they lost two customers, me and the purchaser, when they were not flexible. On top of it, the two women I spoke with on the phone were very unfriendly and matter of fact, and seemed to take pleasure in telling me they would not honor it. I think it is funny how all their web sites talk so highly about how they value customer service. They had no reason not to honor it other than demonstrating power and pocketing forty bucks. Hope that forty dollars was worth losing one long time customer and potential of one loyal customer. Poor business tactic!
