Just plain great professional honest people to work with, very knowledgeable.
We called Fischer A1 in April 2014 to request a quote on a historic home we recently purchased as a foreclosure that needed repair to the flat roof of the three season porch. I explained to the receptionist that time was of the essence due to the historic millwork that was starting to rot. They told me that they would try to get out soon but couldn't promise an exact date. Two months later I receive a phone call from an estimator saying that he is currently at my home on top of our roof. With no notice, we quickly had to leave my son's kindergarten end of the school play, in which he was very disappointed. Fortunately we were able to get to the home quickly to meet the young estimator who said that we should have a quote back within a week. Fast forward to this past Friday, mid-July 2014, I call the business to follow up on the estimate. The receptionist was very rude and sounded like I was a burden to talk follow up on. She told me that the estimate was "still processing" and she'd have someone get back to me.
Yesterday, three months later I get an email stating they cannot complete my project and suggest another company "down the road" without even providing a number. My guess is that my project was too small for them, but they were unprofessional and handled it in the most selfish way possible by waiting until they received larger accepted bids before they turned me down. Extremely disappointed, however, hindsight, I'm relieved I didn't waste any money with them.

The review below is totally mistaking us with someone else.
We always call ahead, no one has to rush away from anything because we are suddenly on their roof without notice. We also do not have any young estimators. So I am not sure who they are talking about.
