ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Came home last night to find house freezing cold. Imagine my surprise when I check propane to realize its empty. We literally filled up a couple months ago. A tank normally last all year. We somehow went thru 70% in the less than two months since I checked it. Okay we call about getting it checked for leak then once thats sorted getting tank refilled. After hours tells us we can come out tonight for $180 additional fee or you can have them come out tomorrow give them a call at 9:00 when they open. Ellijay office tells my husband oh its not an emergency youre out of gas or may have a leak cause if its on zero then nothing is leaking anyways. The soonest they can come is Friday next week. We say actually it is an emergency we have children in this home and our hot water heater is gas. She said well if you pay emergency fee we can come Wednesday. Seriously?!?! So I call explain situation because surely my husband is misunderstanding things. After all the terms and conditions say they will come within 48 hrs if I pay special emergency fee. I get told exact same thing. So I asked why its so long even with paying fee. She says oh my manager says you refused the emergency trip last night so its obviously not an emergency. I said clearly there is a communication error cause I was advised by them to call today to avoid fee. I asked to speak to manager. He refused to speak to me with the receptionist saying he was busy with conference calls all day and wouldnt be taking my call. She then refused to give me his bosses name or any contact information and hung up. At this point Ill go without until a new company can come setup a new tank. Both the receptionist and manager most of all are completely incompetent and rude and possess zero customer service skills. You offered zero help and clearly didnt have a single concern for your clients. And you violated your own terms and conditions!

Called for gas 3/5/13. 6% in tank. Was assured it would be delivered by 3/8/13. It was not delivered. Called 2nd time 3/8/13 was told can't deliver if you run out over weekend call us. It will be delivered by 3/11/13. No delivery 3/11/13 gauge at 0%. Had to call after hours and got an answering service. Too many other good propane companies out there competing for business to have to tolerate poor service.
