I've never written a review...and today felt compelled! I had a check engine light come on with my VSC (traction light) also on. I called another company and they were said don't know until we look at your car, bring it in the cost will be $72 to examine PLUS. I called Sarah with Neubauer's (she has NO IDEA who I am) and I told her the same issue with the check engine light and VSC light, she asked me to check my gas cap to make sure it was securely on.....THAT WAS THE PROBLEM! My 9 yr old son did not tighten the gas cap right and that is what triggered my lights to come on. Sarah did not charge me!!! She was kind enough to give this information over the phone. I will go here for all car issues because that was fantastic service considering I didn't pay for anything. She just saved me $72 PLUS.....THANK YOU SARAH!!

I arrived with a $2800 "to-do" list from the local Mini dealership and a pair of tires and wheels from a local salvage yard. They balanced and mounted the two tires, and did a four-wheel alignment for $225. They also looked over the car in detail and re-assured me that the other items on my list were either unneeded or not yet needed. A minor re-do was taken care of the next morning without fuss or extra charge. Low bidder? no Competent? yes Honest? yes Easy to deal with? yes
