Ellicott City Pediatric Associates, founded in 1970 by Allan "Ted" Leffler, has been providing high quality medical care to infants, children and adolescents for almost 50 years. In fact, we are proud to be treating many of the children of our original patients. The staff at our practice is committed to the continuation of this tradition. Physicians who care for children have long recognized that children are not simply small adults. We feel that the health needs of their growing bodies and developing minds are best met by Board Certified Pediatricians who are specially trained to manage and prevent the medical, behavioral, and emotional problems of infants, children, adolescents, and young adults.
