I recently visited this office and was very impressed with Erica. Her knowledge of hearing problems and the ability she has to explain how they can be improved was exceptional. I am 94 and most of my working life was in management supervisory positions and Erica is the type of person I would want working for me. She is very patient and when my daughters are with me she makes sure that they understand what she is telling me. The office staff is also very friendly and courteous. Richard Huffman
