I have never been to a clinic that is so consistently overscheduled or understaffed. For every one of my appointments that I have gone to, I have an average wait time of over an hour and a half. I even call ahead and ask if the doctor is running on time, and am given an answer of "yes" each time. Still I wait in the lobby for the doctor for an excessive amount of time---Upon arriving, I ask each visit if there are any special things that I should do at the beginning of visit (such as labwork at the nearby hospital, other testing, etc.) and the secretaries always check the chart and then say no. On two occasions, I have had to go do additional labwork, that could have been done while I was waiting, after my visit.I just wish that they would consider the patient's time as valuable as the doctor's.
