I had to wait over half an hour to see someone, and when I finally did, the personal trainer was very snippy when I politely asked about the wait. She said they tell people to come a half hour in advance because if they come on time and fill out paperwork, it takes too long. Well, I had already filled out paperwork at home. If they wanted to people to come early for paperwork, they should simply say so instead of deceiving them and making them wait in a super tiny waiting room for half an hour. I also didn't appreciate the clipped, unfriendly manner of the trainer. The office staff were nice, but if the trainers/therapists expect people to come back, they should be friendlier. I'll go somewhere else next time.

I have absolutely nothing to say other than they are OUTSTANDING!!! I never had to wait, all of the staff are very kind, caring and knowledgeable‎. They are very friendly and fun and really care about each patient. I HIGHLY recommend this facility and all of the staff!!!

Bad experience for me. Just out of the hospital after complete knee replacement surgery and scheduled my therapy. The office setting was not ing for walkers/wheelchairs, etc. After waiting an hour past my appointment I still was not seen by the therapist. I began having an attack and needed to go home. Office staff showed no concern as to my condition. They were not able to reschedule my "evaluation" appointment for another week. I needed therapy sooner than that so I went with CAMC on Tracy Drive, Charleston.
