My wife needed tires for her BMW. She works at hospital and passes Premier often. They stack tires for advertisement out front. She went in and the man at the counter was on his cell phone. He said hello to her and then walked around into the shop area. He never came back . Another guy walked in looking like a mechanic, grabbed some papers off the desk and walked out. After ten minutes of waiting no one came on to help her so she left and we went to our regular place in Delaware.
