I will never tan anywhere else, very clean, and they have the friendliest staff, they have definitely created a family like atmosphere. 5 stars!

I signed up for Hollywood Tans in February. I was rushed through the process, told it was a three month agreement, sign here and here is your booth. So, I tanned the first month, moved during the second month and then found out you can't transfer membership to another location. So I accepted that and used it as much as I could for the remainder of the time of my three month membership. Now I was also never told that at the end of the three months, I would have to come and sign an agreement to end the plan. So, I was charged again on month four.... When I called to complain, I was told, "I apologize, but you should have read the agreement we gave to you". And when I explained I was never given a copy of the agreement, " That's hearsay, again I apologize, and I'll cancel over the phone this one time" as if I was a 15 year old girl, not a 38 year old woman. This is a very unprofessional location.
