- Estate PlanningDennis Clower, a native of Salem, Virginia, attended the University of Virginia and received his B.A. degree from the University of Richmond. After graduate study in political science at the University of Richmond, he received his J.D. Degree from Georgetown University in 1973, and was admitted to the Maryland Bar that same year. His local government law practice has included serving as the County Attorney from 1978 to 1982 and the Town Attorney for North East, MD from 1981 to 1994. Bar Association activities include membership in the Cecil County Bar Associations where he has served as President and Treasurer, Maryland State Bar Association, where he is a member of the General Practice and Elder Law sections, and American Bar Association. Mr. Clower practices in the area of Personal Injury, Real Estate, Corporate Banking and Business Law, Estate Planning and Administration and Municipal and Zoning Law. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, the Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Clower, Chairman of the New Castle County Delaware Ethics Commission from 2002-2005, was an Adjunct Faculty Member of Goldey Beacom College. He has also served the community as Chairman of the Cecil County Public Ethics Commission and Chairman of the Cecil County Charter Board, as well as in many civic and charitable organizations.

- ProbatePerry Seaman was born in Elkton, Maryland. He graduated from University of Delaware with his B.A. Degree, followed by his J.D. Degree from California Western School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 1985. He served as editor and staff writer for the California Western International Law Journal from 1984 through 1985 and his article on International Bounty Hunting was published in 1985. He was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1985. His local law practice includes serving as the current Assistant State's Attorney since 1991. Bar Association activities include membership in the Cecil County, Maryland and American Bar Associations. Mr. Seaman practices in the area of Real Estate, Negligence Law, Auto Accidents, Probate Law, Business and Banking Law, as well as Worker's Compensation. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
