Horrible place

I purchased a good bit of furniture to decorate a new home and purchased a complete bedroom set (or what we thought to be complete). After spending $$$$ upfront - we got it delivered after 4 months and we found out on delivery that we did not get all of the pieces we thought we did. In addition, the headboard and footboard were damaged upon delivery . Store manager committed to replace the whole order more than a month ago .... but later was not able to uphold that promise. Our many phone calls have gone unanswered . Still we haven't received the furniture and even they are not responding correctly. It's very bad service ... Whenever I call them, they are saying same statement, will get within a week from last 15 days. Over all 5 months completed still we are sleeping on the floor. Don't trust them... seriously and dont pay the money upfront . Once the product is delivered to Home and then pay the full amount. We are very disappointed and frustrated..

Ditto, same experience. When I first went to purchase my merchandise it went very smooth. It all went down hill when I started to call to inquire about my things. Jim the guy who waited on us was very belittling just don't have a nice thing to say about this place. Long story short after a month I'm still waiting on my merchandise. Be warned do not shop here.

I have to agree with the first review i read with regards to Mario's Furniture. 2 years ago exactly in August 2011, I went to this business in hopes of getting a mattress and loveseat and a full size headboard and foot board. The prices were extremely cheap and as the first reviewer said "too good to be true". The loveseat was delivered a few days late and the mattress was delivered about the same time. However when the bed came, they could not find the foot board and onyl had the head board. I waited over 2 1/2 months for one to be delievered and still nothing. I had to upgrade to a queen size at the same price which was fine but my heart was set on a full size. They came and delivered the queen size but forgot the tools to assemble the bed and had to go to a home depot downt he road from my apt to get an L wrench and screw driver to put it together. Then assembled the head board upside down and had to come back again to fix it. Don't do business with these guys! Warning Warning!!

To good to be true. I picked the perfect merchandise and they quickly complete the order. They told me 2 weeks my order should arrive. 1 month later, I continued to call. And kept telling me the same thing. Then they say they don't have the order and were willing to return the money to my card in 3 to 4 buisness day. Week later still nothing. Now im hiring a lawyer to handle this.
