I called many different numbers! They've had the package in the Elkridge, MD location since May 26, 2018. Scheduled delivery date was between May 21 and May 30. It is now June 5th and my package still is not delivered. I tried calling. No answer. Called DHL worldwide - they gave me a number to a damn fax machine!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY AT ALL. HELL I COULD'VE WALKED THIS PACKAGE HERE FROM CALIFORNIA IN LESS TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They don't pick up the phone. Calling since 3 days.

Looks like I have the same problem as Mike H. below. Package appears to have been sitting at Elkridge warehouse for 5 days now, USPS never received it from them, and DHL Global has NO phone number for weekend customer service (DHL Express refuses to help on a DHL Global package).

What is the problem at the Elkridge, MD DHL facility? package arrives at there facility on 4/07/15 at 7:15 AM. It is no 4/11/14 at 7:50 AM and package still at Elkridge, MD DHL facility. No wonder DHL failed as a global shipping company. Didn't they go bankrupt Chapter 11 reorg awhile back. Yea there around for now but if they continue on this path allot of the present workers will be out of a job. Oh did I say "workers" or is it a part time worker that comes in every once in awhile to sort out mail and finally get it in the hands of a reliable courier like the USPS. DHL your fired. I have purchased items using ebay and I have warned sellers that if they use DHL for shipping my items they will not get a good rating. Hope everyone else does the same thing.
