The Northern Tioga School District provides learning opportunities for students through its various schools, including Westfield Elementary, Clark Wood Elementary, Cowanesque Valley High School and Elkland Area High School. The school district serves more than 2,400 students in kindergarten through grade 12. Its academic curriculum includes classes in a variety of subjects, such as composition, statistics, chemistry, biology, accounting, business education, drafting, social studies, math, language arts and English. The Northern Tioga School District also administers the English as a Second Language (ESL) program. Its schools participate in several sports activities, including basketball, volleyball, tennis, wrestling, golf, football, soccer, and track and field. Additionally, the school district offers life skills support, as well as occupational and physical therapy services to students. The Northern Tioga School District is located in Elkland, Pa.
