Valley Health Care Inc (VHC) is your locally based non-profit primary health care and vision service provider with clinics in Mill Creek and Elkins, WV. We offer high quality medical care, eye care and pharmacy services to residents throughout the Highlands of West Virginia. VHC also operates convenient health centers in local schools to provide children with access to the medical care they need. If you can't get to us, we can come to you with our home visits.
