No local number. You people need to get your sh*t together. Two days now and the driver cant even deliver my package for the second time. Instead of calling me you people just keep loading my package on your truck and it takes a long drive everyday and then back to your terminal in Elkins. This isn't the first time. This is total Bullsh*t. Fedx is the way to ship, they always get your packages to you on time. Screw UPS

U guys really shld have a local number. When u call the 1-800 number, it will not give u a live operator. I have not one, but two late packages & cannot get ahold if anyone! Very inconvenient!
