The Housing Authority administers the Sec. 8 Housing Choice Rental Assistance Program and are currently accepting applications. Currently we have a Homeless Preference, information is on the application. Hartwell Street Apartments located in Elkhorn is designated for Single Chronically Homeless Disabled persons, this is the a Permanent Supportive Housing Program uses the Coordinated Entry Pre-Screen system: Coordinated Entry means "no wrong door."
