- ElectrocardiogramCardiac Eval provides cardiac testing procedures requested by physicians. Tests include electrocardiograms (EKGs), stress tests, cardiolite (to evaluate adequacy of blood flow to the heart), persantine (to expand arteries in those unable to tolerate vigorous exercise) and Retrospective EKG Memory Loop Recordings to capture data of any arrhythmias causing patient symptoms. - Behavioral HealthTo schedule a Video Visit, call our Behavioral Health office at (920) 563-9542 and request that a video visit be scheduled instead of coming into the clinic. A time is scheduled, just like an appointment, and an email will be sent with instructions for your visit. Visits can be held on your phone, tablet or computer with a webcam and microphone and an internet connection. Video Visits are billed to insurance just like an office visit. Depending on your individual care plan or illness, the provider may tell you that an in-person visit is recommended to give you the best care possible.
- Diabetes CareOur Diabetes Care and Education Specialists provide Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) services. This service teaches you how to stay healthy and how to make what you learn a regular part of your life. A referral by a healthcare provider and a diagnosis of diabetes is required.
- UltrasoundThe Imaging (Radiology) Department provides ultrasound, CT scans, MRIs, mammography, nuclear medicine exams and bone densitometry. That means that radiologists, specializing in breast health, will review your mammogram. You get the same care and service you would get at a larger facility while staying close to home. And, your results can follow you electronically at UW Health and Meriter facilities.

- Nuclear MedicineThe cardiac stress test is used to find out if there is significant blockage of the blood supply to the heart (coronary artery disease). In a nuclear stress test, the doctor is looking at the heart muscle itself and the amount of radioactive material picked up (perfused) by the heart. These tests give doctors a good idea of what is going on in your heart.
- MammographyA patient comes in for a screening mammogram nine months after the last one was performed. An ABN is needed because Medicare only pays for a screening mammography once every year. There is a frequency limitation on this service.
