Nice office, very professional staff.

I called them to schedule visits for my two young children. I specifically asked them if they take 5,4 year old's and they answered of course. There even is a pic of a 5 year old in the dentist chair on their website. During my appt, I found out that my 4yr old has a cavity and I said then let's get it fixed. Mr. Tomas told me that he's not comfortable dealing with such young kids in his practice when it comes to fillings? WOW. He gave me a referral to a pediatric dentist 30 min away because he said he did not like the practice in Lake Geneva. I asked him if I can just schedule a filling with her so I did not have to pay for another exam, and he said no. That dentist will have to check her out first. So why did I even go to Mr. Thomas "family dentistry" in the first place? So he can tell me my child has a cavity? What a ripoff this office was. They charged me over $160 per child for a 10 min appt.
