Founded in 1955, Lindsay Corporation manufactures and markets irrigation systems and products and turf control systems. Among the irrigation systems the company manufactures are the Zimmatic, Greenfield, Stettyn and Perrot brands of center-pivot, lateral-move and hose-reel systems. It also manufactures and markets GrowSmart controls, performs contract manufacturing and production for other companies and produces steel tubing in large diameters. Its products are used by farmers to increase or stabilize crop production while conserving water, energy and labor. The company has sales representation throughout the United States, as well as in areas of Canada and Mexico. Lindsay Corporation has an office in Omaha, Neb.
