I have a clothes washer that is not spinning. I had purchased it from Best Buy and Gary's Appliance was their closest repair center. The repairman came out March 9 and decided that it needed a new gear box (it is less than one year old). I was told that they would call when the part came in - three weeks later I called to see what had happened - yes, they did have the part and would repair it the next day (Tuesday). He never called. I called on Wed - they would be there on Friday. He never came. I then called Best Buy Geek Squad and THEY called Gary's and were told that the repairman would be there on Tuesday. It is now Tuesday (April 7) after 8PM and still no repairman nor call from Gary's. Best Buy is now transferring that repair request to another company.
